Ladies of the Heart
Parish Council of Catholic Women
The Parish Council of Catholic Women (PCCW), also known as the Ladies of the Heart, welcomes and encourages all women of the parish to participate in its spiritual, social, and charitable activities. Every woman of the parish is considered a member, and there are no dues or membership requirements. Whether you are new to Sacred Heart, have attended for many years, or are returning after some time away, you are warmly invited to become involved.
The Ladies of the Heart are affiliated with the Diocesan and National Councils of Catholic Women and is dedicated to supporting the mission of the Church through faith, fellowship, and service. Members assist the parish through fundraising and volunteer efforts that have provided improvements to the church, parish facilities, grounds, cemetery, and altar linens, while also supporting charitable organizations within the local community.
Throughout the year, members gather for prayer, spiritual enrichment, educational programs, service projects, potluck dinners, and social activities. Whether you are seeking opportunities for spiritual growth, Christian fellowship, or meaningful service, the PCCW offers a welcoming place to share your gifts while building lasting friendships with other women of the parish.
Meeting dates and times are announced regularly in the parish bulletin. All women of the parish are encouraged to attend as often as they are able.
