Office Volunteers

Parish office volunteers assist the parish staff with a variety of administrative and hospitality tasks that support the daily life and mission of Sacred Heart. Volunteers may answer telephones, prepare mailings and parish materials, organize supplies, assist with special projects, and offer a warm and welcoming presence to parishioners and visitors who come to the parish office.

Whether you can offer a few hours occasionally or serve on a regular basis, your time and talents are greatly appreciated. This quiet but important ministry is a wonderful way to serve the parish community behind the scenes, helping our parish office remain welcoming, organized, and ready to assist all who come to Sacred Heart.
