Mary Halek is the person in charge of this ministry. The highest form of prayer is the Mass. The priest is the Director of Liturgy. Attention to detail makes the liturgy beautiful. Each Mass must have a person in charge to coordinate all efforts. Some Masses may require someone to assist the overseer. For daily Mass the task is done by the altar server or lector. These people need to be trained in how to set up the credence table and readings when they are in charge.
